-Customized D3 PICK 7.1 database system software that is being used for daily transactions. Coded, tested, and maintained the modules using Pick/BASIC-FlashBASIC programming language.
-Analyzed, troubleshot, and developed current IT systems of the company, which consist of Windows NT wide area network and D3 PICK on Linux multi-value database system. Evaluated and implemented new technologies as appropriate.
-Provided technical support to Windows NT 4.0 network clients (using Windows 9.x / NT workstations) and D3 Linux 7.1 database system (operating on Linux Redhat 5.2) telnet clients, who are experiencing hardware and software problems across the country.
-Developed small applications to standardize policies and procedures of the IT department utilizing MS Office products.
-Assisted in developing an IT Support Team. Managed this team and provided training to its members.
