I am from Shanghai, a very beautiful metropolis in China. Before I was enrolled in UC Davis, I spent four wonderful years in Shanghai Jiao Tong University and got my bachelor's degree there.
One of my best friends, Xiao Yu, who is now pursuing his PHD degree at Univ. of Illinois, Urbana Champaign. I do appreciate his help when I was applying for the graduate study in USA.
