Acuitus is looking to fill multiple full-time, junior- to mid-level Java software development positions at its Mountain View, California headquarters. Several positions are available immediately, and additional positions are opening up this summer and fall.
Background
Acuitus is an established, mid-stage startup that is creating the next generation of computer-based tutoring systems. We have demonstrated exceptional results and are on the path to dramatically changing the nature of education.
Roles/Responsibilities
Acuitus is looking for Java programmers who will participate in the development of the core platform and supporting tools. You will be working with our senior developers through all stages of the software development process: specification, implementation, debugging, internal testing, and field trials. Specific projects range from data analysis to network applications to user interfaces.
