About the UC Davis Integrated Studies program

From the 1996-97 UCD Undergraduate Housing booklet:
"Integrated Studies is an honors program open only to invited freshmen. The oldest academic residential community of its kind in the UC system, Integrated Studies is currently housed in the Tercero area, B building. IS students explore their academic options by participating in honors courses, by living with other honors students from a variety of majors and colleges, by studying together for shared classes (both in and out of IS), and by learning in a supportive academic atmosphere. All IS program courses are specially designed for, and open only to, IS students. Questions regarding this program may be addressed to Dr. Nora McGuinness, Integrated Studies, Kerr Hall (530-752-3377).
